Server Rules

By creating an account and playing Helbreath Nexus, you agree to follow these rules.

The goal is simple: keep the server fair, stable, and enjoyable for every player.

Master Account Rules

Each player is allowed to register only one Master Account.

A Master Account includes up to 5 game accounts, and each game account can hold up to 4 characters. You may log in with one character from each game account at the same time, allowing up to 5 characters online simultaneously under a single Master Account.

Because of this, there is no need to create or operate multiple Master Accounts.

General Account Rules

• Each player is responsible for all activity on their account, game accounts, characters, warehouse, and items.
• Do not share accounts with people you do not fully trust. Staff will not restore losses caused by voluntary account sharing.
• Use a valid email address (@gmail.com) so you can activate your account and recover access when needed.
• Do not sell, trade, or transfer accounts for real money, services, or external currency.
• Impersonating another player, guild, GM, or staff member is not allowed.

Player Conduct

• Respect other players. Harassment, discrimination, serious threats, and repeated personal attacks are not tolerated.
• Keep public channels clean and usable. Excessive spam, flooding, disruptive behavior, and unrelated advertising are prohibited.
• Do not share or expose another player's private or personal information without permission.
• Competitive banter, guild rivalry, and PvP trash talk are part of the game, but do not cross the line into targeted harassment or real-life threats.
• When submitting reports, appeals, or support requests, provide clear and accurate information so staff can properly review the issue.

Gameplay Fairness

• Do not use bots, macros, auto-clickers, packet tools, memory editors, speed hacks, wall hacks, or any third-party tool that gives an unfair advantage.
• Do not modify the client, server files, packets, sprites, maps, or game data to gain an advantage.
• Do not exploit bugs, map holes, item duplication, NPC abuse, safe-zone abuse, or unintended quest/reward behavior.
• If you discover a serious bug, report it to staff privately. Do not teach others how to abuse it.
• AFK farming, automated grinding, or unattended gameplay is not allowed when it creates progress, currency, drops, or PvP advantage.

PvP and City Rules

• PvP is part of Helbreath. Being killed in legal PvP areas is not automatically harassment.
• Do not abuse safe zones, recall points, map transitions, or resurrection mechanics in ways clearly outside normal gameplay.
• Do not coordinate fake kills, arranged enemy kills (Laming EKs).
• Elvine and Aresden balance matters. Do not create throwaway characters or accounts to manipulate city balance, events, or statistics.
• During events, follow the event instructions given by staff. Event abuse may lead to removal of rewards.

Trading, Economy, and Items

• All trades are final once both sides confirm, unless staff determines that a bug, exploit, or scam rule was broken.
• Scamming through impersonation, fake staff claims, payment deception, or abuse of known bugs is not allowed.
• Real-money trading is not allowed unless it is an official donation or payment system provided by Helbreath Nexus.
• Do not duplicate items, launder exploited items, or knowingly receive items created from abuse.
• Staff may remove suspicious currency, items, or rewards while investigating exploit reports.

GM and Staff Interaction

• Do not ask staff for free items, levels, teleportation, private advantages, or special treatment.
• Follow staff instructions during investigations, events, stuck-character fixes, and support cases.
• False reports, edited evidence, or attempts to frame another player may be punished.
• Staff decisions are based on logs, evidence, and server health. Public arguments may be moved to private support.
• Report bugs, exploits, harassment, and payment issues with as much detail as possible: character name, time, map, screenshots, and explanation.

Penalties

• Minor issues may receive a warning, mute, temporary restriction, or event removal.
• Serious abuse may result in item removal, character rollback, account suspension, permanent ban, or IP/MAC restriction.
• Exploits, hacking, item duplication, real-money trading, and staff impersonation may be punished without warning.
• Ban evasion or creating new accounts to avoid punishment can extend the penalty to all related accounts.
• Rules may be updated when needed to protect server stability and fair play.

Agreement

If you do not agree with these rules, do not create an account or play on the server. Continuing to play Helbreath Nexus means you accept these rules and any reasonable staff enforcement based on them.
